I love looking at my friends and families blogs, but I hate doing my own. So much has been happening and I'm in a mind set of just enjoying it all. I still take tons of pictures, and I've been writing a lot in my journal and I just don't care to blog. But I do have family and friends (that are just as close as family) that need and want updates...so Merry Christmas and know this is for you...cause if it was just for me, I would delete it at this point of my life.
My dear friend has decided she wants to practice her photography skills, so I told her I would let her practice on my kids and family...and WOW...we've gotten some awesome shots.
We started with Jamie's 6 month photos...I LOVE THEM!!!! We got most of the ideas off of Pinterest (how amazing is that website?? I have made countless delicious things and multiple crafty things!! I don't really care about pinning things. As soon as I find something I like, I do it. Bryan loves the things I'm making!!)
6 month stats...
Weight: 15 lbs 9.5 oz (36%)
Height: 26 3/4 in (79%)
Still very tall and very thin. She doesn't look so thin with all those chins, but when I hold other people's kids (younger than her) I quickly realize how little she is. She is a beautiful baby...I think she get prettier every day. And she is a social butterfly! Her happiness is infectious and I never hold her and not smile from ear to ear!
I adore this girl!
Yes, I like to dress her up in frilly things!
This might be my favorite. I had never seen these kind of outfits before...but my friend had one and she kept telling me it would turn out so cute. And it totally did!!
This is the first time I've ever painted her toes.
Our pretty little princess (she was going to wear this for halloween, until I found the duck costume!)
I LOVE THIS PICTURE!!!!
And this is so typical of my Jamie girl. She is so happy. She has added so much happiness into our family these past 6 months! And I can't wait for what the future holds for her!
Then we decided to take some 2 year photos of Benjamin. I still can't believe that boy is 2 already! We took him to the park and got some great shots! I'm pretty sure this is right when he let go of the balloons and watched them float off into the distance.
2 year stats:
Weight: 25 lbs 2 oz. (15%)
Height: 36 in (88%)
Again, tall and lean. We were so excited that his weight finally hit double digits in his percentile. First time in his life!
This guy lights up my life!

The only picture with balloons...he loved letting them go. I caught them twice before the final time when I couldn't jump high enough to catch them.

And this is my typical Benjamin boy. He loves his trucks and he usually is very mild and easy going.

And finally we took some family pictures...and I LOVE THEM TOO!!!! There is nothing that makes me smile more than great pictures! These make me smile every time I see them!

Bryan wasn't too sure about this pose at first...but after we saw how it turned out, he was glad we had done it.

This was the last picture we took...in front of our house. We have loved having a house! I didn't think we were ready for a home, but it has been so great and now I couldn't imagine ever living in an apartment ever again.

We are in full holiday swing...and it's awesome. We've spent some memorable time with family...holidays just aren't the same without family! Thanksgiving was AMAZING!! Maybe, my favorite thanksgiving ever. Great food and even better company! Benjamin had a blast with so many cousins his age! I'll post some pics of that soon...hopefully.

Mommy and Daughter. I love this picture!
You can't see our faces, but she was so happy to see me, it made me so happy!
Flying the kids.
